Innovative Electronic & Electromagnetic Devices Laboratory (i-Lab@NTU) led by Prof. Mohammad Samizadeh Nikoo is seeking for a research fellow to focus on fabrication, simulation, and characterization of integrated photonics devices.

Key Responsibilities:

The research fellow will focus on the following tasks:

· Design and Simulation of integrated photonics components such as waveguides, grating couplers, etc.
· Micro- and Nano-fabrication of photonics devices in cleanroom environments.
· Experimental characterization of integrated photonics chips.
· Providing general research support to i-Lab.

Job Requirements:

· PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field
· Research experience in photonics with a strong publication track record
· Expertise in cleanroom nano-fabrication
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work well in a team
