As the Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health and Hospice Administrator, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping the future of our Hospice Division. Requirements
What You’ll Do
Provide clinical, operational, and strategic leadership for the Home Health and Hospice Division
Lead and support multiple offices and interdisciplinary teams
Drive growth while maintaining the highest standards of patient-centered, end-of-life care
Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and compassion
Ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence across hospice operations
Develop and mentor leadership staff to support long-term organizational success
Partner with executive leadership to advance AdvisaCare’s mission and vision

Required Qualifications
Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of 2 years of home health and hospice experience
Previous experience overseeing or managing multiple offices
Strong communication, leadership, and employee development skills
Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
Flexibility and adaptability in a growing organization
