Business Development & Sales

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to placement.
* Source and engage top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.
* Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and motivations.
* Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the interview process.
* Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline within your specialisation.

Client Relationship Management

* Act as the main point of contact for your clients.
