As a Recruitment Consultant your responsibilities are:

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. * Identify and source top talent through various recruitment methods. * Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job briefing to offer negotiation. * Provide expert advice to clients on market trends and hiring strategies. * Screen, interview, and assess candidates for suitability. * Ensure a high standard of service delivery to both clients and candidates.
