**Your role**

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

* Match IT consultants with client projects
* Build a network within your IT specialization
* Develop relationships with consultants and clients
* Guide both parties from the first conversation through the project start
* Take ownership of your market and working approach

**Your profile**

* You speak English fluently (minimum C1)
* You are communicative, driven, and eager to learn
* You are interested in people, business, and technology
* You enjoy freedom, responsibility, and ambitious targets
* A bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred, but motivation and potential matter most
* Experience in sales or recruitment is an advantage, but not required
