Recruiting Coordinator / People Operations Associate

<p>Buzz Solutions is on the hunt for a stellar Recruiting Coordinator / People Operations Associate. As we continue to scale, we would like to find a highly organized, people-focused Recruiting Coordinator, People Operations Associate to support our hiring needs and employee experience initiatives. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!</p> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Coordinate candidate interviews across multiple departments/time zones and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process</li> <li>Maintain records within the ATS (greenhouse)</li> <li>Work alongside all our hiring managers to gather notes and feedback on candidates in our pipeline</li> <li>Ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish</li> <li>Assist in sourcing candidates for all our open positions within our organization</li> <li>Coordinate employee engagement activates and events </li> <li>Assist with HR compliance documentations and audits</li> <li>Support the onboarding process by sending welcome emails and onboarding schedules</li> <li>Walking employees through our employee handbook, benefits enrollment and policies</li> <li>Introduce our new employees to our company culture and values</li> <li>Help coordinate employee recognition programs</li> <li>Assist in Ad hoc projects as they arise</li> </ul> <h3>Required Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.</li> <li>3+ years of experience in a similar support role</li> <li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li> <li>Experience with any ATS and HRIS platforms as well as other HR related platform a plus</li> <li>Experience working in a high growth stage company</li> </ul> <p class="x_MsoNormal">Anticipated Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000</p> <p class="x_MsoNormal">Benefits: Health, Dental &Vision insurance, 401k Contributions, Unlimited Paid Time Off, STD/LTD, </p> <p> </p>
