Recruiting Assistant

About this role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable remote Recruiting Assistant to support our client with the recruiting functions. This role will primarily assist with posting job openings, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and maintaining applicant records. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, tech-savvy, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
What You'll Do

• Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and recruiting websites.

• Monitor applications and maintain an applicant tracking.

• Review resumes and evaluate candidates against job requirements.

• Conduct initial candidate screenings via email, phone, or video conference.

• Communicate professionally with applicants throughout the hiring process.

• Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations for management review.

Requirements
Job Skills & Requirements

• Previous experience in Recruiting, roles preferred.

• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience reviewing resumes and supporting recruiting activities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

• Experience with applicant tracking.

• Familiarity with U.S. employment and hiring practices.

• Experience with job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, or similar platforms.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
