About this role
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
• Take accurate messages and relay them to attorneys and staff.
• Schedule consultations and appointments.
• Respond to basic client inquiries professionally.
• Maintain call logs and communication records.
• Assist with email and calendar management as needed.
• Provide a positive and professional first impression for all callers.
• Support general administrative tasks related to client communication.
Hard Requirements:
• Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administrative support.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Comfortable using VOIP systems and scheduling software.
• Experience working in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Appointment scheduling experience.
• Previous remote work experience.
Schedule:
HOURS/WEEK:
• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• 9AM - 5PM Eastern Standard Time Zone
Offer and Benefits:
OFFER:
• Weeks 1–6: $4 USD/hour
• Weeks 7-12: $5 USD/hour
• Weeks 13 onwards: $6 USD/hour
