Your new company

Our client is an international service provider with a strong financial centre located in Groot- Bijgaarden. The organisation is known for its professional approach, stable growth and continuous focus on efficiency and quality. To strengthen the Corporate Accounting team, they are looking for a Real Estate Financial Accountant.

Your new role

As a Real Estate Financial Accountant, you will play a central role in the financial follow‑up of real estate development and construction projects across Europe. You ensure accurate project accounting, monitor commitments and spending, and support the reporting of capital investments. You will work closely with Real Estate teams, local accounting departments and external partners to ensure correct invoice flows, proper documentation and compliance with IFRS and local GAAP.
You will support monthly and quarterly closings, prepare reconciliations related to project costs and assets, and assist in budgeting and forecasting for real estate investments. You will also contribute to ESG reporting and support internal and external audits. Beyond the operational tasks, you will participate in process improvements, system rollouts and European finance projects such as IFRS migration, policy updates and the integration of new entities. This role offers a mix of operational accounting, project follow‑up and analytical work, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to grow within a dynamic, international environment.
