Robert Half is currently recruiting a Real Estate Accountant (m/f/x) for a permanent role.

Our client is an international company based in the Brussels area, active in a dynamic asset-driven environment.

Your responsibilities

* Manage the daily follow-up of invoices and purchase orders related to insurance, maintenance, repairs and capital expenditures.
* Monitor these costs against budget and ensure accurate accounting allocations and postings.
* Support monthly closings, including accruals, prepaid expenses, capitalization and depreciation.
* Assist with reconciliations, fixed asset follow-up, reporting, audits and budget preparation.
* Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders and external service providers regarding accounting and operational questions.
* Contribute to insurance claims follow-up, ESG reporting and process compliance.
