Project Manager (ENG)

About this role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Manager to lead and coordinate our construction and real estate projects for the UAE market. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional initiatives, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams (architects, engineers, designers, and sales managers). This is full-time office-based role with working schedule: Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Office located in Dubai Hills or Art of Living Mall. Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate our construction and real estate projects for the UAE market Own project timelines, priorities, and execution across multiple teams Coordinate with Architecture, Sales, Marketing, Design, and other internal stakeholders Monitor and maintain project-related assets, including websites, marketing materials and printed collateral Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards Track project progress, identify risks and proactively resolve issues Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs while keeping projects on track Requirements 2+ years of experience in Project Management or Product Management Fluent English (both written and spoken) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, or similar) is an advantage Previous experience coordinating cross-functional projects is a plus Benefits Competitive salary Visa sponsorship Medical insurance Annual paid leave Modern office Opportunity to work on international real estate projects Dynamic, fast-growing, and collaborative team Professional growth and career development opportunities
