About this role
MIRA Construction is looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager / Project Manager for one of our projects in Bakery Industry. We are looking for a professional to oversee and optimise the daily operations of the bakery business. The ideal candidate has relevant experience in bakery, hotel, or restaurant industries and a strong background in managing teams, processes, and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the bakery.
- Manage HR-related processes: payroll, recruitment (if needed), onboarding, and staff qualification training.
- Ensure smooth supply chain and handle procurement, inventory, and delivery logistics.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair tasks to ensure equipment and facilities are in excellent condition.
- Monitor performance and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute operational projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Project Manager, preferably in the bakery, hospitality, or restaurant industry.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of supply chain management and operational best practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Fluent English & Arabic
