**Responsibilities**

* Identify and implement necessary adaptations to processes and tooling to comply with new regulatory guidelines. * Drive project execution across both business and IT departments to ensure timely delivery. * Coordinate multiple workstreams and manage dependencies while balancing regulatory deadlines with business priorities. * Collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure alignment with broader group implementation strategies. * Translate complex regulatory requirements into a clear implementation roadmap and concrete actions. * Assess the impact of regulatory changes on processes, systems, data, and governance structures.
