**Responsibilities**
* Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle including scope, planning, budget, quality, and deliverables. * Establish and monitor KPIs while providing regular reporting to executive management. * Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks, issues, and cross-project dependencies. * Prepare and lead steering committees, project committees, and governance meetings. * Coordinate activities across multiple teams to ensure business objectives align with IT deliveries. * Coach teams in Agile methodologies and stimulate self-organization and continuous improvement. * Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to support business-critical operations.
