About this role

Responsibilities:

• Assist PMs with project start-up tasks (setting up project files, distributing contracts, confirming subcontractor onboarding requirements)

• Support project closeout (punch lists, document collection, warranty tracking, and final submissions)

• Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to coordinate scope confirmation, document submissions, and outstanding items

• Follow up on pending deliverables and flag delays to the PM

• Track and manage RFIs and submittals through the full lifecycle (preparation, distribution, follow-up, and logging)

• Acquire, review, and track shop drawings; coordinate review and approval status with PMs and subcontractors

• Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation across all active jobs

• Manage and maintain project data in cloud-based software (RFIs, submittals, drawings, and project logs)

• Assist with pricing requests as needed (gathering quotes, organizing cost data, and supporting the PM in budget tracking)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.

• Bilingual (Spanish and English) required

• Proven experience in construction project management or a similar role.

• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.

• Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms used for estimating and scheduling in the construction industry.
