Advertising Summary:The Center of Innovation (COI) is looking for a Program Specialist, Sr. The COI provides training and program implementation support to address the pressing need to strengthen and expand the behavioral health and other child and family serving systems in New Mexico.

Target Hourly/Salary Rate: $48,332.54 - Commensurate with background, experience and internal equity.

FLSA Status: Exempt
Bargaining Unit Announcement:This is NOT a bargaining unit position with American Federation of State, County & Municipal Employees (AFSCME).
Contingent Upon Funding:Contingent upon external funding
Standard Work Schedule:Standard (M-F, 8-5)

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Design and develop youth development programs for the NMSU Center of Innovation for Behavioral Health and Wellbeing. Serve as primary representative for youth and young adult focused programming within the Center and with external community partners.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience: Associate's Degree + 4 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree + 2 years of relevant experience.

Environment:Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
