What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, and hiring).
Coordinate with departments to identify hiring needs.
2. Employee Relations & Personnel Management
Handle employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
3. Performance Management
Support performance appraisal processes.
Monitor employee performance and provide reports.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.
5. HR Systems & Data Management
Update and maintain HR Information Systems (hiring, transfers, promotions, terminations).
Prepare HR reports when needed.
6. Medical & Insurance Administration
Handle medical claims and approvals.
Manage medical cards and reimbursement processes with insurance providers.

Requirements
What Are We Looking For
Requirements:
1–3 years of professional HR experience
Good command of English (both written and spoken)
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
