As Payroll Officer you'll be responsible for:

* Coordinating and overseeing monthly payroll process in collaboration with external payroll providers.
* Ensuring compliance with Belgian social legislation and internal policies.
* Acting as main point of contact for employees on payroll-related matters.
* Preparing payroll reports, analyses, and provisions to support business decision-making.
* Driving payroll optimisation, automation, and digitalisation initiatives.
* Participating in HR and payroll transformation projects while supporting development of best practices.
