Jobomschrijving

* **Welcome visitors** and act as the main point of contact for employees, guests and external partners.
* Ensure the office remains operational, organised and ready for daily business activities.
* **Coordinate meeting rooms**, prepare meeting spaces and support internal events and workshops.
* **Manage office supplies**, catering services, incoming and outgoing mail, and document archiving.
* Liaise with external suppliers and service providers to ensure **smooth facility operations**.
* Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems and office equipment.
* Support **workspace optimisation projects**, including storage and inventory management.
* Contribute to creating a professional, safe and pleasant working environment for all employees and visitors.
