As the business continues to scale, they are looking to bring in a highly organized professional who can help maintain structure, improve internal workflows, and support day to day marketing operations behind the scenes. About the Role: This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping operations organized inside a marketing and advertising environment. The Marketing Operations Assistant will focus on supporting internal processes, coordinating priorities, tracking analytics, and maintaining structure across multiple moving pieces. While the company operates within a creative industry, this position is primarily operational and administrative rather than creative production. The right person will be proactive, detail oriented, and comfortable working closely with leadership to help keep daily operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Marketing Operations and Coordination

Support internal workflows by helping ensure projects move forward on time

Organize creative briefings and coordinate priorities with editing and production teams

Maintain organized pipelines so leadership can easily review completed deliverables

Assist with tracking daily marketing analytics across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Shopify

Update reporting systems and maintain organized data for internal reviews

Social Media and Content Management

Schedule pre created content across social media platforms

Assist with social listening activities by monitoring trends, interactions, and engagement

Respond to messages and comments using provided guidelines when needed

Help maintain consistency across social channels and brand presence

Administrative and Executive Support

Assist with inbox organization and calendar coordination when needed

Support internal communication by preparing updates and organizing information for weekly meetings

Help maintain CRM organization and ensure contact information stays updated

Coordinate transcripts, recordings, and documentation from podcasts or internal content

Qualifications & Skills Core Skills

Previous experience supporting marketing teams, agencies, or fast paced environments

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

Comfortable working with analytics dashboards and marketing platforms

Excellent written English and strong understanding of online culture and communication

Ability to prioritize tasks, follow structure, and maintain consistency in execution

Preferred Experience

Experience working in advertising, social media, or digital marketing environments

Familiarity with CRM systems and workflow management tools

Exposure to social listening or content scheduling processes
