Our platforms -- Oscar (enterprise-grade ERP with full&nbsp;accrual accounting), CodeOne (automation-forward PMS), and res:harmonics (purpose-built&nbsp;software for serviced apartment and long-stay operators across the UK and Europe, including co-living and build-to-rent providers) -- power the financial and operational backbone for the industry's&nbsp;leading providers.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Content and Program Output</strong><br>• Content calendar adherence: planned content published on schedule<br>• Campaign launch rate against the committed marketing calendar<br>• Quality and consistency of output across all channels and regions<br>Pipeline and Demand<br>• Email program performance: open rates, click rates, and list health trends</p> <p>• Lead volume and pipeline contribution from marketing-executed programs<br>• Event and trade show follow-through and lead capture quality</p> <p><br><strong>Operational Integrity</strong><br>• HubSpot data accuracy and campaign reporting reliability<br>• Sales collateral currency: percentage of materials current and product-accurate<br>• Brand and messaging consistency across North American and European channels</p> <p><br><strong>What You've Done</strong><br>• 3-5 years in B2B marketing with a track record of driving programs from idea to execution --not just supporting them.<br>• Experience managing external resources and coordinating cross-functional workflows to&nbsp;deliver marketing output at pace.<br>• Ownership of a content marketing program: ideation, calendar management, briefing, and&nbsp;performance tracking.<br>• Hands-on with HubSpot (or a comparable marketing automation platform), a CMS, and&nbsp;social and email tools.<br>• A history of working alongside sales teams to ensure they have the collateral and materials&nbsp;they need.<br>• Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate execution and improve output quality --&nbsp;experience building or working with AI agents is a meaningful plus.<br>• Experience supporting multi-region or international marketing programs is a strong plus.<br>• Background in vertical SaaS, hospitality tech, property management software, or a similarly&nbsp;operational B2B industry is preferred.</p> <p><br><strong>How You Work</strong><br>• Self-starter: you see what needs to happen and move on it without waiting to be directed.<br>• Go-getter: you hold the output -- and the people and resources behind it -- to a high&nbsp;standard and bring urgency to what you own.<br>• Hands-on: you are willing to roll up your sleeves and do the work. Culture matters to you, and it<br>shows.</p> <p>The expected base salary for this position is: $84,000 - excluding bonus (when applicable).
