Addepar supports clients worldwide with offices in New York City, Salt Lake City, London, Edinburgh, Pune, Dubai, Geneva and São Paulo.&nbsp;</p></div><h4><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Role</strong></span></h4> <p>We are currently seeking a Lead, Product Manager to join our Portfolio Data Feeds team in Salt Lake City. As well as performing the role of a Product manager within the team by using your skills to effectively contribute towards the overall goals of the team, you will lead and develop the analysts within the team to enable them to do the same.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="4121" data-local-id="411228da93f0">Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="4331" data-local-id="3a3225e9227a">The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York. The current range for this role is $147,000 - $184,00 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="4560" data-local-id="f58b2cc32a20">Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additionally, these ranges reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.</p> <p>Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship (for example, employment-based visas such as <span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text"><span class="_kqswh2mm"><span class="_5pioz8co _189e1dm9 _1il9buyh _19lc184f _d0altlke" data-testid="definition-highlighter">H-1B</span></span></span>, <span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text"><span class="_kqswh2mm"><span class="_5pioz8co _189e1dm9 _1il9buyh _19lc184f _d0altlke" data-testid="definition-highlighter">F-1</span></span></span>/OPT, or similar), and must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on their first day of employment.</p> <h4><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li>Serve as a "player/coach" who will contribute to and supervise a team of Portfolio Data Analysts across the US</li> <li>Develop and maintain effective process controls and accurate metrics to ensure quality standards and organisational expectations are met</li> <li>Manage the onboarding, mentorship, and career development of individuals on the team through timely and effective performance feedback and by providing learning and growth opportunities</li> <li>Lead the team to accomplish goals that are aligned with the organisation’s&nbsp; business and culture objectives and hold self and team members accountable for meeting expectations</li> <li>Work with a variety of external financial data providers to develop and support the integration of their portfolio data into our platform</li> <li>Use your understanding of our existing data models to write technical requirements on how to transform raw data into functional content on our platform</li> <li>Analyze and onboard content from different sources into Addepar’s data integration ecosystem</li> <li>Partner with engineering, product management and data operations to deliver high quality, timely and reliable data solutions</li> <li>Understand Addepar’s products and clients. Using these insights, work with counterparts within the business to drive new and innovative opportunities to improve client experience</li> </ul> <h4><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Who You Are</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li>At least five years of experience in data analysis and product management with relevant finance domain-specific experience</li> <li>Experience with leading teams, cross-functional projects and learning and development initiatives. Proven ability to plan, design, and manage numerous processes, people and projects simultaneously</li> <li>Track record of effective problem solving abilities, self-motivation to take on responsibility, and a strong team-player mentality</li> <li>Ability to work cross functionally to define functional and technical implementations to tackle a business problem.
