Jobomschrijving

Your responsibilities include:

* Leading domestic and international acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and strategic investments
* Managing all legal aspects of complex cross-border transactions
* Structuring transactions and providing commercially focused legal advice
* Drafting and negotiating sophisticated transaction documentation
* Coordinating multidisciplinary deal teams across Legal, Strategy, Finance, Tax, Treasury, HR, Compliance and IT
* Managing external counsel across multiple jurisdictions
* Leading signing, closing and post-completion activities
* Supporting integrations, reorganisations and carve-out transactions
* Advising senior executives on strategic legal risks and transaction execution
* Contributing to the continuous development of our client's M&A legal capability
