As Senior Legal Counsel - M&A, you will act as lead legal adviser on high-profile international transactions.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Leading the legal execution of domestic and international acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and strategic investments.
* Managing complex legal due diligence exercises and coordinating specialist legal input across multiple jurisdictions.
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documentation, including share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, transition service agreements, NDAs and other ancillary documents.
* Advising on transaction structuring and identifying pragmatic solutions to legal and commercial risks.
* Partnering with internal stakeholders across Corporate Strategy, M&A, Finance, Treasury, Tax, HR, IT and Compliance throughout the deal lifecycle.
* Managing signing, closing and post-closing processes.
* Supporting integrations, carve-outs and corporate reorganisations following completed transactions.
* Coordinating and managing external legal counsel internationally while maintaining ownership of transaction execution.
* Advising senior management on strategic legal considerations impacting investment decisions.
* Contributing to the continuous development of the company's M&A legal function and best practices.
