IT Support Specialist L1 - Business Services - Brussels

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our client's team in Brussels. You will play a key role in providing first- and second-line technical support to end users within a dynamic service-driven environment.

This position requires excellent English communication skills, a strong service mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.

* Provide first IT support to internal users (onsite and remote) * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues * Manage and track incidents and service requests using a ticketing system * Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (laptops, desktops, mobile devices) * Support Microsoft environments (Windows, Office 365, Teams, etc.) * Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when required * Ensure timely resolution of incidents within SLAs * Deliver a high level of customer service and user satisfaction * Contribute to IT documentation and knowledge base
