Shape the Architecture Behind Large-Scale Digital Transformation

We are looking for an **IT Solution Architect** to join the architecture team of a leading international organization undergoing a major digital transformation. In this role, you will play a strategic part in defining solution architectures that support critical business initiatives while working alongside architects, product teams, and technology leaders.

Your Responsibilities

* Design end-to-end solution architectures for strategic business initiatives and digital transformation projects. * Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions. * Define application components, integrations, APIs, event-driven interactions, data flows, and cloud architectures using **ArchiMate** and architecture best practices. * Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Software Engineers, DevOps teams, Business Analysts, and Enterprise Architects throughout the delivery lifecycle. * Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security principles, and long-term technology roadmaps. * Define and validate both functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, scalability, security, and availability. * Participate in architecture governance and Design Authority meetings to ensure the successful implementation of architectural decisions. * Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities to simplify, modernize, and optimize business capabilities through innovative technology solutions. * Contribute to the organization's cloud adoption strategy and application modernization initiatives.
