* Manage overall IT operations, infrastructure, networks, servers, cybersecurity, and end-user support. * Lead the local SAP S/4HANA implementation, including coordination with business users, regional IT, and implementation partners. * Ensure system availability, business continuity, backup, and disaster recovery. * Manage IT projects, vendors, budgets, and software/hardware procurement. * Lead, coach, and develop a small senior technical team. * Partner with business stakeholders to drive process improvements and technology initiatives.
