**About the role**

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Expert / Team Lead to join our team and play a key role in delivering end-to-end solutions for our clients.
In this role, you will combine functional expertise, solution design, and team leadership to ensure high-quality project delivery and long-term customer success.
You will work on full lifecycle implementations, from pre-Sales and design to deployment and optimization, while supporting and mentoring a team of consultants.

**Your responsibilities**

* Project Delivery (End-to-End)

* Lead and contribute to end-to-end D365 F&O implementations (analysis, design, build, test, deploy, support)
* Translate business requirements into functional solutions and system configurations
* Design scalable and efficient business processes within Dynamics 365 F&O
* Validate solutions through testing, user acceptance support, and go-live readiness
* Ensure project deliverables meet quality, scope, and timeline expectations
* Functional Expertise

* Act as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance and/or Operations modules)
* Advise clients on best practices, standard functionalities, and process improvements
* Configure and optimize modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or others
* Maintain clear and structured documentation (functional designs, processes, UAT scenarios)
* Client Engagement

* Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor
* Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions
* Support pre-Sales activities including solution demonstrations and estimations
* Understand client needs and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
* Team Leadership

* Provide guidance and coaching to functional consultants and analysts
* Act as a go-to person within the team for complex functional topics
* Review team deliverables and ensure consistency and quality standards
* Contribute to knowledge sharing and capability development within the team
* Solution & Platform Governance

* Work closely with technical teams to ensure functional and technical alignment
* Ensure proper usage of Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS)
* Support continuous improvement of internal methodologies and delivery frameworks
