HR Recruiter (Real Estate)

About this role

We are looking for an experienced HR / In-House Recruiter to join our growing real estate business in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to help build a recruitment function from the ground up and play a key role in attracting and onboarding top-performing real estate professionals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, improving hiring processes, and supporting the company's growth by identifying and hiring high-quality real estate agents.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle for real estate agents and corporate positions as required.
Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates using multiple recruitment channels.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
Design and implement structured recruitment and onboarding processes.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified real estate professionals.
Collaborate with management to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and hiring reports.
Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices within the UAE real estate market.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience within a real estate agency is required.
Proven experience recruiting real estate agents in the UAE.
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate attraction methods.
Excellent interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
