Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily scheduling of caregivers and client appointments.
Communicate with clients and caregivers to confirm availability and appointments.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Handle scheduling conflicts and emergencies professionally.
Support recruitment efforts by assisting in onboarding and training when necessary.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients and staff.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in scheduling or coordination, preferably in healthcare or home care services.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of service.
Comfortable with using scheduling software and MS Office.
