Robert Half is currently recruiting a GL Accountant to join a large logistics company.

Our client is located in Antwerp.

Key Responsibilities:

* You deliver timely, accurate financial information to support key stakeholders; * You lead monthly GL accounting, including payroll, accruals, prepaids, and depreciation entries under US GAAP; * You perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and analytical reviews of branch results; * You assist in branch reporting and ensure fiscal compliance-including tax declarations, audits, and responding to tax authorities; * You own the preparation of year-end closings, statutory files, and IFRS financial statements; * You act as a key point of contact for branches and external parties (auditors, advisors, authorities); * You provide support across a range of accounting projects, continually enhancing processes and internal controls.
