**Responsibilities**
* Analyze business requirements and estimate the workload and costs of proposed changes.
* Evaluate multiple technical approaches and assess their impact on existing system environments.
* Perform necessary configurations and developments based on technical specifications.
* Develop and execute comprehensive test plans while supervising quality control during deployment.
* Resolve incidents and problems to ensure service continuity and maintainable solutions.

- Technische oplossingen uitwerken Configuraties of architectuur voorstellen, evalueren en keuzes voorstellen die zijn aangepast aan de functionele behoeften
- Behoeften van de klant of gebruiker analyseren Het functioneel lastenboek opstellen (specificaties, termijnen, kosten, ...)
- Technische en functionele problemen analyseren Corrigerende acties, technische aanpassingen, ... voorstellen
- Functionele behoeften van de onderneming of de klant analyseren De technische eigenschappen van het product bepalen volgens het lastenboek
- Functionele oplossingen formaliseren en bepalen Evoluties en functionele uitbreidingen van het informatiesysteem voorstellen aan de opdrachtgever
- Behoeften van de opdrachtgever identificeren Vakprocessen analyseren Opportuniteit en uitvoerbaarheid evalueren
- Normen, standaarden, methodes, tools en procedures voor betrouwbaarheid, onderzoek of informaticaproductie bepalen en toepassen (kwaliteit, beveiliging, ...)
- Bedrijfsprocessen analyseren
