**Functional Analyst / Tester**

**Job Overview:**

As a Business Analyst and Functional Tester, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for risk management, develop functional specifications, and coordinate with developers to ensure accurate implementation. You will design and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts for risk management applications, perform functional, regression, and integration testing, and participate in Agile ceremonies. Additionally, you will support issue resolution and drive improvements in testing methodologies."

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders in the risk management team
* Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, including use cases, user stories, and process flows
* Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements and troubleshoot implementation issues
* Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for risk management applications
* Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on applications and web services
* Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to improving testing processes and methodologies

**Qualifications**

* 5 to 8 years of experience in analytical thinking
* 3 to 5 years of experience with Agile methodology
* Proven experience as a Functional Analyst and Tester in risk management or related domain
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
