About this role

KLDiscovery is looking for someone who can own the Oracle → Pigment data pipeline, ensure data integrity across all FP&A reporting systems, and co-build six Claude AI agents alongside our US-based Sr. FP&A Analyst. You will be the technical backbone that makes self-service Finance possible for KLD's leadership team — the infrastructure that everything else runs on.
This role requires someone who sits at the intersection of finance and engineering — and who is a strong financial modeler. You need to understand how financial data flows from a general ledger to an executive dashboard, be able to build the pipelines that make that happen automatically and be sharp enough on the finance side to know when a number is wrong before anyone else does.
Key Responsibilities:

Oracle EPM → Pigment/Adaptive data pipeline: design, build, maintain, and monitor all data flows — reconciling daily

Data integrity: daily checks between Oracle, Pigment, and Salesforce — discrepancies resolved before the US team's morning

Claude AI agent co-development with US FP&A Team (US):

Close Acceleration Agent: auto-load FCCS actuals, assemble flash P&L, generate BvA commentary draft

Rolling Forecast Agent: actuals ingest, model update, reforecast, sensitivity scenarios — fully automated monthly

Variance + Commentary Agent: flag variances, pull context, route to named owners for review

Investor Reporting Agent: pull from Pigment, format Investor Package, generate KPI scorecard

Collections Intelligence Agent: rank AR accounts by priority, generate Monday roll for Molly's team

Pigment/Adaptive administration: user access, model versioning, data refresh scheduling, API connections

Chart of accounts standardization and maintenance across Oracle, Pigment, and SF

SSRS automation: auto-schedule the AR reports currently pulled by hand every Monday — eliminate 60-90 min of manual work

Agent monitoring: ensure all agents are running, data feeds are clean, and outputs are accurate

Qualifications
Finance Systems:

3+ years with Oracle EPM, Oracle FCCS, or equivalent GL/planning systems

Hands-on financial ETL experience — extract, transform, load in a finance context

Technical:

Python (pandas, requests, API calls) - build and maintain data pipelines independently

SQL — query Oracle at GL level, validate data, build reconciliation checks

REST API — read/write via API (Pigment API and Claude API are the primary targets)

Git — all agent code maintained in shared repo with US team

AI/Agents:

Familiarity with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, or equivalent)

Ability to write system prompts, design agent workflows, and test outputs

Prompt engineering and structured output design (JSON) is a strong plus

Financial Modeling:

Expert-level Excel financial modeling — P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, variance analysis — non-negotiable

Able to build a 3-statement model from scratch without a template; understands the mechanics, not just the formulas

Experience producing PE-grade financial deliverables: EBITDA bridges, rolling forecasts, variance packages

PE-backed or high-growth finance environment — strong plus
