About this role
The company is a foreign-invested holding entity established in Singapore, responsible for regional investment management and related administrative support functions. The organization maintains a lean structure with a small operational scale, and our office is located in the northern part of Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
1. Finance & Accounting Management
• ① Handle monthly and year-end accounting closing for the Singapore entity;
• ② Prepare the company's Annual Report and tax filing documents;
• ③ Process daily expense reimbursements, voucher verification, and maintain financial records;
• ④ Coordinate and liaise with banks, external accounting firms, auditors, and relevant government authorities.
2. Administration & Corporate Governance
• ⑤ Manage corporate documents, contracts, and other operational records;
• ⑥ Handle annual filings, company secretarial matters, and statutory compliance requirements.
3. Reporting & Communication
• ⑦ Regularly report to the Managing Director, and submit monthly financial statements and operational data to the headquarters on time, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements
① Associate Diploma or High School Diploma or above, with a background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
② At least 10 years of working experience in finance, accounting, or integrated administrative management;
③ Candidates with experience independently managing full-set accounts and administration in a small company, representative office, or entity within the manufacturing/industrial sector are preferred;
④ Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and statutory filing procedures is an advantage;
⑤ Proven ability to independently complete monthly closings and annual reports;
⑥ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting/financial systems;
⑦ English as a working language (business level, both written and spoken);
⑧ Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong communication and coordination skills; able to work independently and efficiently in a multi-tasking environment; candidates who are committed to a stable, long-term position (at least 3–5 years) are preferred;
⑨ Must hold valid legal working status in Singapore (Singapore Citizen / Permanent Resident / hold a valid work pass with legal employment eligibility).
