* Plan and coordinate field service activities * Optimize maintenance schedules and resource allocation * Prepare technical interventions and inspections * Support technicians with expertise and on-site visits * Build strong relationships with existing customers * Develop service contracts and identify upselling opportunities * Lead and motivate a small technician team * Ensure compliance with internal and group processes
