Are you a service-minded Facility Coordinator who enjoys both being on-site and organizing things behind the scenes?
We are looking for someone who will oversee facility operations across a large and complex site, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You'll be part of a team with other facility coordinators and a manager.

Description

* Coordinate facility operations across multiple buildings
* Walk the site regularly to ensure quality and safety standards
* Support administrative tracking and reporting
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders
* Coordinating and following up on on-site facility operations (including cleaning, landscaping, waste management, pest control, etc.)
* Acting as the first point of contact for users, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
* Managing and controlling inspections, inventories, storage, and locker access
* Collaborating within the team to achieve high user satisfaction

* A full-time on-site position (39 hours/week) with additional ADV days
