Energy Solutions is looking for an Energy Efficiency Lighting Trade Ally Manager II to deliver energy efficiency program performance through targeted market engagement and outreach in Connecticut. This role coordinates with manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and internal teams to support participation in midstream lighting and market-facing programs.

The Energy Efficiency Lighting Trade Ally Manager II evaluates market feedback and participation data to prioritize outreach, ensure consistent program execution, and address participation barriers. The role validates program requirements and clearly communicates policies and processes to support accurate, compliant, and impactful participation.
