As a **Documentation Specialist** you'll be responsible for the following:

* You are responsible for preparing shipping documentation, Bills of Lading, COO, Insurance certificates, etc.;
* You check documents and ensure accurate administration;
* You maintain contacts with shipping agencies, the internal network, carriers, and customers;
* You provide excellent customer service and follow-up;
* You work very accurately and are used to working under time pressure.
