As a **Documentation Specialist**, you ensure that all transport documents are prepared, processed, and managed accurately and on time. You work closely with customers, carriers, and internal teams to support the smooth flow of international shipments. Thanks to your precision and structured approach, logistics operations run efficiently without documentation issues.

As a **Documentation Specialist** you'll be responsible for the following:

* You are responsible for preparing shipping documentation, Bills of Lading, COO, Insurance certificates, etc.;
* You check documents and ensure accurate administration;
* You maintain contacts with shipping agencies, the internal network, carriers, and customers;
* You provide excellent customer service and follow-up;
* You work very accurately and are used to working under time pressure.
