We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in end-to-end funnel strategy, app growth, paid acquisition, CRM automation, and conversion optimisation.
This role is ideal for a performance-driven marketer who understands how to build and scale customer journeys across the full funnel — from awareness and lead generation through to conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing app marketing campaigns, paid media, analytics, automation, and funnel optimisation in fast-paced environments.
About the Role
You will take ownership of the complete digital growth ecosystem, managing:

Paid acquisition campaigns

Landing pages & conversion funnels

CRM/email/SMS automation

App installs & activation campaigns

Analytics & reporting

Retargeting & customer retention

Creative testing & optimisation

You will work closely with leadership, developers, designers, and sales teams to drive scalable growth and improve customer acquisition performance.
Key Responsibilities
Funnel Strategy & Growth

Build and optimise full-funnel customer journeys

Improve conversion rates across landing pages, ads, onboarding, and retention flows

Develop acquisition-to-retention strategies that increase ROAS and customer LTV

Analyse funnel drop-offs and implement optimisation strategies

Paid Advertising

Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube campaigns

Scale paid acquisition campaigns for app installs and lead generation

Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, and landing pages

Optimise CAC, CPA, CTR, CPM, and ROAS performance metrics

App Marketing

Drive app downloads, onboarding, engagement, and retention

Execute app install campaigns across multiple channels

Work alongside developers on attribution tracking and analytics setup

Improve activation and retention metrics

CRM & Automation

Build automated email and SMS sequences

Manage lifecycle campaigns and remarketing workflows

Segment customer databases for targeted campaigns

Experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar CRMs preferred

Analytics & Reporting

Track campaign performance using GA4, Meta Business Manager, and attribution tools

Build dashboards and performance reports

Monitor funnel KPIs and provide growth recommendations

Use data to drive decision-making and marketing optimisation

Requirements

4+ years experience in Digital Marketing or Growth Marketing

Strong experience managing end-to-end funnels

Proven experience marketing apps or SaaS platforms

Hands-on experience with:
Meta Ads

Google Ads

TikTok Ads

GA4

CRM automation platforms

Funnel builders & landing pages

Strong understanding of:
Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)

Customer acquisition

Retention marketing

Attribution tracking

A/B testing

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Experience working with Australian businesses highly preferred

Highly Regarded

Experience scaling mobile apps

Experience with GoHighLevel

Experience with Shopify or subscription-based businesses

Experience with AI marketing tools & automation

Copywriting and creative strategy experience

SEO & organic growth understanding
