As Data Manager, you will define and drive the enterprise-wide data strategy, ensuring strong governance, data quality, security, and regulatory compliance. You will play a key role in unlocking business value through data, analytics, and AI across operations, finance, ESG, and corporate functions.

* Define and execute the company's enterprise-wide data strategy.
* Establish data governance frameworks, ownership models, and quality standards.
* Develop and oversee the roadmap, programs, and projects required to implement the data strategy.
* Drive data-enabled transformation across business functions.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and critical infrastructure requirements.
* Build the foundations required for advanced analytics and AI adoption.
* Lead and develop a team of 10-15 experts
* Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including executive leadership and board-level decision-makers.
* Promote a data-driven culture across the organization.
