Data Driven Product Owner / Product Analyst

Location & Salary - Hybrid KLCC Office - Fintech / Financial Services sector - Salary range: RM10,000 – RM14,000

What You Will Do - Collaborate with Product, Data, and Business teams to ensure development focuses on high-impact initiatives. - Define and track key product metrics to identify growth opportunities. - Translate data into clear recommendations for product roadmap prioritization and informed decision-making. - Ensure product features align with user needs, optimizing product strategy and improving user experience. - Apply experimentation concepts such as A/B testing, hypothesis design, and result interpretation.

What You Will Need - Experience as a Product Analyst, Data Driven Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst. - Strong understanding of the customer journey and experience in product development. - 5–10 years of relevant experience; this is a mid to senior level individual contributor role (no team leadership responsibilities). - Proficiency in SQL, especially with large data sets. - Ability to translate customer analytics into Tableau or other data visualization tools. - Background in fintech, tech companies, product companies, or startups/scale-ups, with a focus on building enterprise-ready solutions or rolling out new features.

About the Company & Team - The Malaysian team and product suite are less than 5 years old, but part of a global, well-established fintech and financial services company operating in 15 countries. - Regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia, ensuring a highly regulated and financially secure environment. - All products are built in-house, with no reliance on vendors, enabling long-term initiatives to be executed with internal technical capabilities.
