As a **Customer Service Representative**:

* You balance customer expectations, commercial goals, and operational processes in an international setting. You take ownership, recognize opportunities, and turn ideas into action * Act as the main point of contact for our **Turkish** and **Bulgarian** customers: resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure careful follow-up. * Strengthen service quality: collect feedback, identify inefficiencies, and explain our way of working clearly to customers. * **Safeguard financial flow**: support payment follow-up, handle invoice questions, and clarify tax-related topics together with our credit team. * Stay focused and organized: manage shifting priorities in a fast-moving, detail-oriented environment.
