Are you a proactive communicator who thrives in a dynamic environment? We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to be the essential link between our customers, technical workshops, and internal data. Your Unique Schedule:

* Saturday & Sunday: 08:00h – 21:00h * Monday: 09:00h – 17:30h * (Enjoy Tuesday through Friday off!)

Key Responsibilities: * Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails from customers and partners. * Data Management: Gather and verify information for 100% accuracy and completeness. * Technical Support: Coordinate directly with workshops to provide technical solutions. * Coordination: Update all parties involved and monitor contract agreements. * Deadline Driven: Follow up on all contract-related issues within established timeframes.
