As a **Customer Service Representative**, you will work Monday to Friday in **rotating shifts between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.**

* Answer phone calls and emails from customers and partners.
* Collect and verify information.
* Provide technical support and maintain contact with repair workshops.
* Keep customers and all involved parties informed in a timely manner.
* Follow up on agreements and ensure all information is correctly processed in the customer file.

A gross salary starting from €2,500 per month, supplemented with:

* A 3-month training program upon joining (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
* After training: shifts between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM with a 30-minute break
