Customer Service Officer

About this role

• Maintaining all government licenses and statutory certifications.

• Coordinating daily vessel operations and shipment schedules.

• Monitoring cargo movements and delivery arrangements.

• Liaising with customers, suppliers, vessel crews and government authorities.

• Preparing and verifying cargo permits, boat vouchers and shipping documents.

• Maintaining accurate operational records and documentation.

• Ensuring compliance with MPA, Customs and other regulatory requirements.

• Supervising operational staff where required.

• Performing any other duties reasonably assigned by the Employer.
Job Requirements
*Minimum Diploma or any other equivalent.
*Possess good interpersonal, communication skills and able to work independently.
*Passion for customer service and a good team player.
*Background in a similar or related role strongly preferred.
*Singaporean/ PR/ Malaysian are welcome.
