As a concrete worker, you play an important role in the production process. You help assemble steel formwork, make sure everything is sturdy and safe, and work with other temp staff to pour and finish concrete. Accuracy and teamwork are super important in this job. Every day is different. You start in the early or late shift, build the formwork, pour concrete, and make sure the finish is smooth. After that, you remove the molds and clean them for the next round. You always work together with enthusiastic colleagues who are ready to help you. Ready for a new challenge as a candidate? * Dutch or English speaking, writing, and understanding * Basic knowledge of hand tools and technical skills * Experience with physical labor
Gevraagde vaardigheden
- De conformiteit van de gerealiseerde stukken controleren (vlakheid, loodrechte stand, ...) en stalen nemen voor analyse
- Machines, uitrustingen, gietvormen en werktuigen schoonmaken (extrusiemachine, voorbespanningsbank, ...)
- Een bekisting samenstellen (in metaal, hout, pvc, ...)
- Het stuk ontkisten en de gietvorm demonteren
- De stukken afwerken en bijwerken (hoeken bijwerken, mofgaten dichten, cementdeeg verwijderen, ...)
- Het beton in de gietvorm of in de voorbespanningsbank gieten
- Gietvormen samenstellen
- De kwaliteit van producten controleren
