**Bedrijfsomschrijving**

A **company active in the prefab concrete industry** and the production of custom reinforcement meshes. It has production sites in Belgium and the Netherlands, along with its own logistics, assembly, and engineering departments. The company mainly serves Belgium, France, the Netherlands, and Germany, with around 200 employees and a turnover of €60 million.

Under the guidance of the production coordinator, you will work as a **versatile team member** in the production of customised or series-produced precast concrete elements. You will be involved in the **entire production process** of a concrete element. You will clean and oil the moulds, place reinforcement meshes and the correct spacers inside the moulds. After the concrete has cured, you will demould the elements by opening the moulds. In addition to production tasks, you will be responsible for keeping your workplace clean and organised. You strictly follow safety regulations.
