**Context :**

As the AI Adoption Coach, you lead the human side of AI transformation by fostering an AI-first culture and maximizing the value of the Google Gemini ecosystem. Acting as the bridge between business and technology, you drive AI adoption, strengthen AI literacy, and ensure AI delivers measurable business value.

**Description :**

* Build and animate the AI Champion network through learning paths, onboarding, awareness initiatives, and community engagement. * Drive AI adoption by curating use cases, prompts, and best practices while translating business needs into scalable AI and data solutions. * Own the data product lifecycle by defining priorities, managing backlogs, coordinating delivery, and ensuring successful product releases. * Collaborate with business, HR, Data, IT, Legal, InfoSec, and international teams to promote governance, Data Mesh principles, and responsible AI. * Track AI adoption, KPIs, license usage, and technology trends to continuously improve AI capabilities across the organization.
